✨Smart SAFT

Once your BGTAI Space is set up, you can initiate a Smart SAFT:

1. Connection: Connect your wallet and select the desired blockchain network.

2. Initiate SAFT: Go to Dashboard > Portfolio Board > My Space > New SAFT.

3. Complete Forms: Fill out necessary details in the Project Info, Token Info, and Fundraising Detail sections. Use the "❓" for help with each field.

4. Token Provider Details: On the Token Info page, enter the Token Provider Wallet Address. This address will transfer project tokens to the Smart SAFT contract and claim funds post-fundraising.

5. Fundraising Settings: On the Fundraising Detail page, select your desired SAFT mode: Public, Whitelist, or Hidden. Learn more about SAFT types here.

6. Finalize: Review all details, ensure your wallet has enough funds for gas, and click “Submit.”

After Creation:

• View Your SAFT: Go to Dashboard > My Joined > Proposed to review your SAFT. Share the URL with potential investors.

• Verified Spaces: If your Space is verified, your Public/Whitelist Type SAFTs will appear on the Explore page. Learn about Space verification here.

• Cancel SAFT: You can cancel the SAFT via the "Close" option on the SAFT deal page before fundraising begins.

• Edit Details: Use the "Edit" icons to modify the Audited badge, Token Address (which auto-updates the Token Symbol), or Token Vesting Schedule (to adjust Token Claim Rules).

Whitelist Modifications: In Whitelist Type mode, use the "Edit" icon next to WhiteList to update participant addresses and their allocations.

How to Participate in a Smart SAFT on BGTAI

For Investors:

To invest in a Smart SAFT on BGTAI, follow these steps:

1. Connect Wallet: Link your wallet and select the appropriate blockchain network.

2. Find SAFT Deals: Use the Explore page or a direct URL shared by the proposer to locate the SAFT deal you wish to join.

3. Initiate Investment: On the SAFT deal page, click “Invest”.

4. Enter Investment Details: Specify your investment amount. Opt to mint an NFT Receipt if desired, then click “Submit”. Ensure your wallet has adequate funds for the investment and associated gas fees.

5. Confirmation: Your investment is now processed. Track your participation under Dashboard > Portfolio Board > My Joined > Bought.

For Token Providers:

To complete a Smart SAFT deal as the Token Provider, adhere to these instructions:

1. Wallet Connection: Connect the wallet specified by the proposer/Space Owner during the SAFT setup and select your blockchain network.

2. Prepare for Token Transfer: Ensure the Project Token Address and Token Claim Rules have been updated by the proposer/Space Owner, which will supersede the original Token Vesting Schedule.

3. Transfer Tokens: Execute the “Transfer” action to send the project tokens to the Smart SAFT contract prior to the SAFT Expiration Time. Verify that your wallet contains enough project tokens and gas for the transaction.

4. Finalizing the Deal: Once the tokens are transferred, you can claim the funds raised, less any commissions owed to the Space Owner. Track the completed deal under Dashboard > Portfolio Board > My Joined > Sold.
